Protecting the privacy of Users is of particular importance to NEZE SP. Z O.O. Therefore, Users of the www.neze.pl website are guaranteed a high standard of privacy protection. As the Data Controller, NEZE SP. Z O.O. is committed to ensuring the security of the personal data provided by Users.

The Data Controller also aims to properly inform Users about their rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data, particularly in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”). Therefore, in order to protect the privacy of the Website Users, this Privacy Policy explains the legal basis for processing personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the www.neze.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), the methods of collecting, processing, and protecting personal data, as well as the rights of Users.

A User is any natural person whose personal data is processed and who uses the www.neze.pl website or the electronic services available through the Website.

1. USER CONSENT

By using the www.neze.pl Website, the User acknowledges and accepts that the Controller collects and processes personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The User’s personal data is processed by the Controller on the basis of the User’s consent and, in certain cases described in this document, on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest. The User has the right to withdraw previously granted consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. If this Privacy Policy is amended and the User continues to use the Website, such continued use shall be deemed acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE CONTROLLER

  1. How personal data is collected
    The Controller collects personal data directly from the User through the Website when the User completes the contact form available on the Website and sends a message to the Controller. Providing the personal data requested in the contact form is voluntary.
  2. Types of personal data processed
    The Controller collects the following personal data of Users through the Website:
    • Full name;

    • Telephone number;

    • Message subject.

3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The manner in which the Controller processes a User’s personal data depends on how the User uses the Website and its available functionalities. The Controller processes Users’ personal data for the following purposes:

  2. to conduct financial settlements with the User as the Controller’s customer in connection with the performance of any agreement concluded between the parties, to pursue potential claims under the Controller’s legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, and to fulfil legal obligations towards tax authorities pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
  3. to carry out the Controller’s marketing activities based on its legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as well as in accordance with the User’s marketing consent declarations. Consents granted for marketing communications (e.g. receiving commercial information electronically or direct marketing by telephone) may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal;
  4. to fulfil the Controller’s legal obligations towards the User under the GDPR pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

The User’s personal data is not disclosed by the Controller to third parties.

5. USER RIGHTS

  1. User Rights
    At every stage of the processing of their personal data, the User has a number of rights, including the right to access their data, verify the correctness of data processing, request rectification, object to processing, request erasure, restrict processing, and request data portability.

    A User whose personal data is processed by the Controller has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.

6. COOKIES

  1. The Controller informs Users that, when using the Website, small text files known as “cookies” are stored on the User’s device. Cookies contain information such as the User’s IP address, the name of the website from which they originate, the storage period on the User’s device, recorded parameters and statistics, and a unique identifier. Cookies are transmitted to the Website server through the web browser installed on the User’s device. Cookies are used on the Website to:
    • maintain the proper technical operation and continuity of the session between the Website server and the User’s device;
    • optimise the User’s experience when using the Website and adapt the display of the Website to the User’s device;
    • ensure the security of the Website;

Cookies stored on the User’s device may also be used by the Controller’s advertising or business partners.

Cookies may be regarded as personal data only when combined with other information identifying the User that has been provided to the Controller while using the Website.

Only the Controller has access to cookies processed by the Website server.
