Required Documents – Distribution Agreement
The following documents are required to conclude a Distribution Services Agreement:
- Completed application for a Distribution Services Agreement (generation facility)
- Power of Attorney
- Declaration confirming the installation is ready for grid connection
- Declaration confirming completion of the grid connection works
- Metering system inspection report
- Grid connection single-line diagram
- Building permit
- Technical Data Sheet issued by the Distribution System Operator (DSO)
The following information is also required during the agreement process:
- Whether the connecting entity holds a generation license (if yes, provide the license decision number and its validity period)
- Auxiliary power demand (electricity consumed for the facility’s own needs)
- Selected electricity distribution tariff
It is recommended to begin the formalities related to the Electricity Supply Agreement as early as possible, preferably during the project approval stage.
Please confirm:
- Whether an electricity supplier has been selected and the contracting process has been initiated
- Whether the Electricity Supply Agreement has already been signed
- The contact person responsible for the process on the supplier’s side
Please note that the required documentation and detailed procedures may vary depending on the Distribution System Operator (DSO) responsible for the connection area.
Please keep us informed of any changes regarding:
- The Distribution Services Agreement
- The Grid Connection Agreement
- The Grid Connection Conditions
Providing this information helps ensure the smooth execution of the project and minimizes the risk of delays.
Granting NEZE a Power of Attorney to represent the investor significantly accelerates the administrative process and streamlines communication with both the Distribution System Operator and the electricity supplier.
