What documents are required when applying to modify the connection parameters of an existing generation source?
To successfully apply for a modification of the connection parameters of an existing generation source, you must provide a complete set of documents confirming the current technical status of the installation and its existing connection conditions.
- Applicant’s details
- Document confirming legal title to the land – lease agreement and Land and Mortgage Register (Land Registry) number, or the Land and Mortgage Register number
- Site development plan on a topographic map indicating the proposed installation location
- Excerpt and map from the Local Spatial Development Plan or a Zoning Decision (Decision on Land Development Conditions)
- Selected equipment – manufacturer, model, power rating, quantity, together with technical datasheets and harmonic/power quality charts (or proposed by NEZE)
- Power of Attorney (if the application is submitted by NEZE on the applicant’s behalf)
- Expected date of commencement of electricity supply/consumption
- Bank account number and bank name (for payment of the required advance fee)
- Current grid connection conditions for the existing or planned generation and/or consumption facility
- Existing Point of Energy Delivery (PPE) number
- Single-line electrical diagram of the existing installation
- Technical datasheet or a photograph of the existing transformer’s nameplate
- Proof of payment of the application fee
